Mixed Fruit and Nut Salad


Serves: 4


2 large apples (cubed)

1 Cup walnuts (crushed)

2 large potatoes (cubed)

1 Cup raisins

1/2 peas (boiled)

1 large carrot (cubed)

3 slices of pineapple (cubed)

1 Cup cabbage (chopped)

1/4 Cup all-purpose cream

1/2 Cup mayonnaise

1/4 Tsp. Sugar

Salt & pepper to taste


1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk mayonnaise, cream, salt, white, black pepper and sugar.

2. In a large bowl, combine vegetables, raisins, apples, pineapple and walnuts.

3. Pour dressing over the greens and mix until combined. Season to taste, then serve.
