Crunchy Greens and Apple Salad with Turkey on the Side


Serves: 8


5 Tbsp. olive oil

2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1 Tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning

1/2 Tsp. salt

8 cups watercress or romaine (bite size pcs.)

1 medium carrot (julienned)

10 cherry tomatoes (halved)

8 oz. smoked turkey (julienned)

4 unpeeled apples (sliced)

1/3 Cup toasted walnuts (chopped)



1. Whisk together olive oil, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon-pepper seasoning and salt.

2. Arrange greens and top with carrot, tomatoes, turkey and apples. Add dressing and toss to coat.  Add walnuts.
